How it works
No account, no registration, no paperwork. Three steps, usually done in one phone call.
1. Tell us what you use
Call us, or send a photo of your packaging on Viber or by email. The product code on the box is enough. If you do not have the box, describe the stoma type and the pouch and we will work it out together.
2. We confirm availability and price
We tell you exactly what we have in stock, what it costs, and when it can reach you — before you commit to anything. You pay privately; there is no Greek public insurance involved for visitors.
3. We deliver to your address in Greece
Hotel reception, apartment, clinic or an island address. You get a tracking number by email, Viber and SMS, so you know where the parcel is.
Delivery inside Greece
Shipping is by ACS Courier, to every part of the country — mainland, remote areas and islands.
Anywhere in Greece
To the address you give us — mainland, remote areas and islands. Shipping is free on orders over 100 € (up to 3 kg); below that we tell you the exact cost before you confirm.
You know where it is
As soon as the parcel leaves us you receive the tracking number by email, and the same update by Viber and SMS.
Paperwork for home
We issue a proper invoice with product codes and quantities, so you can file it with your insurer or health system when you get back.
Staying on an island? Tell us where. Delivery times to smaller islands depend on the ferry and courier schedule, and we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
What we stock
We are the exclusive distributor of B|Braun ostomy care in Greece. Colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy — one-piece and two-piece systems, flat and convex baseplates, and skin protection.
Flexima® Active
One-piece, drainable, cut-to-fit 15–65 mm. Low profile and easy to learn — the usual starting point.
Flexima® 3S — Maxi
Two-piece, high capacity. For the night or for high output: you change only the pouch and leave the baseplate in place.
Flexima® 3S — Baseplates
Flat and convex, cut-to-fit or pre-cut. Convex is the answer when the stoma sits flush with the skin or has retracted.
Askina® Barrier Film
Silicone skin protection. Used before the skin gets irritated, not after it already hurts.
Images are indicative. What you actually need depends on your stoma, and we work that out with you on the phone. If we do not stock your usual brand, we will say so rather than push a substitute you did not ask for.

You do not have to explain a stoma in Greek to a pharmacy assistant. Call, email or Viber us and we will handle it in English.
Nursing support
If the baseplate keeps leaking, if the skin around the stoma is sore, or if something has changed since your surgery, we can talk it through with you rather than just ship a box.
We tell you if we cannot help
Brands are not always interchangeable. If we do not have something close enough to what you use, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
An invoice you can use at home
Every order comes with a proper invoice listing product codes and quantities, which is what most insurers and health systems ask for when you claim the cost back.
Discreet delivery
Plain packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents. It goes to a hotel reception like any other parcel.
What Greek national insurance (EOPYY) covers — the actual numbers
Everyone asks and everyone gets a vague answer. It is not vague: it is published in the Government Gazette. This is what applies to an ileostomy.

Plus the skin-care consumables
Whichever pouch you use, every month you are entitled to:
- 30 wipes for skin cleansing or adhesive removal
- 30 skin-barrier wipes
- 1 support belt for pouch or baseplate, every six months
And up to 4 units in total — this is the part almost everyone misreads. You do not get 2 of each; you pick 4 in total, in whatever combination suits you, from:
- skin cleanser or adhesive remover in liquid or spray form
- skin protector spray
- sealing paste in a tube
- paste in another form — rings, strips and similar
- products for treating irritated skin
If you need more than the above, it is not a closed door: your doctor writes a justified prescription and the request is assessed by the Supreme Health Council.

Questions we get asked
Can I get supplies free through the Greek public system?
No. Greek public health coverage applies to people insured in Greece. If you are visiting, you buy the supplies privately. We give you an invoice so you can claim the cost from your own insurer or health system when you get home.
How many pouches am I entitled to per month?
With a valid Greek prescription, 30 drainable pouches a month, or a two-piece system with 30 pouches and 10 baseplates. The full table is further up this page.
Do you stock my brand?
We stock B|Braun as exclusive distributor, and we carry other ostomy and wound care products as well. Send us the product code from your box and we will tell you straight away whether we have it, or what the nearest equivalent is.
I am on an island. Can you still deliver?
Yes. ACS Courier covers the islands, but the timing depends on ferry and courier schedules. Tell us where you are and we will give you a realistic delivery date before you order.
How fast can it get to me?
Typically 1–2 working days to mainland addresses once the order is confirmed. If you are running low, call rather than email — we can usually get an order out the same day if you reach us before the afternoon pickup.
I am coming to Greece for surgery. Can you supply me afterwards?
Yes. Tell us your dates and the hospital, and we can have supplies ready for when you are discharged. Your surgeon or stoma nurse will decide what you need; we make sure it is available.
