Will it fit my toilet?

It sits on the toilet bowl and is held by side clamps. For height: measure your toilet including its seat and add 15 cm; the user should sit with feet flat on the floor and thighs roughly level. If in doubt, or if your toilet has an unusual shape, call us on +30 2311 286 262.

Can it move on the toilet?

The side clamps hold it in place. Check it is steady before each use; if it moves, do not use it until it is fixed again.

Are spare parts available?

Yes: 1.3 cm soft cushion (0805523), clamps in pairs (0805525). The cushion is an accessory for a softer seat.

Remove it from the toilet and clean it with water and a mild cleaner, following the instructions for use.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Description

A 15 cm toilet seat raiser (raised toilet seat) with side clamps that lifts the seat, so sitting down and standing up need less bending at the hips and knees.

Who it is for

Difficulty with a low toilet: people who find it tiring to sit down on and rise from a standard toilet, e.g. with weak legs or painful joints.
Less hip or knee bending: when the joint should not bend too far, if your doctor or physiotherapist has recommended it.
Carers: less lifting and support at every toilet visit.

Will it fit? Measure before you order

Basic safe-use tips

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:

Before each use, check that the clamps hold the raiser firmly on the toilet.
Sit down and stand up slowly; if you need support, use a fixed grab rail or a toilet frame.
Keep the floor around the toilet dry.
If a clamp is worn or lost, replace it before the next use.
