Will it fit my toilet?

What is the difference between CLICK I and CLICK II?

The height: CLICK I lifts the seat by 10 cm (1.25 kg) and CLICK II by 15 cm (1.45 kg). They fix in the same way.

Is it easy to take off if others use the toilet too?

Yes. It weighs 1.45 kg, so it goes on and comes off easily; when you put it back, check the clips fit properly.

Remove it from the toilet and clean it with water and a mild cleaner, following the instructions for use.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

CLICK II, a 15 cm toilet seat raiser (raised toilet seat) in polypropylene that adapts to the bowl with four adjustable clips and lifts the seat for easier sitting down and standing up.

Who it is for

Difficulty with a low toilet: people who find it tiring to sit down on and rise from a standard toilet, e.g. with weak legs or painful joints.
Less hip or knee bending: when the joint should not bend too far, if your doctor or physiotherapist has recommended it.
Carers: less lifting and support at every toilet visit.

Will it fit? Measure before you order

Height: it lifts the seat by 15 cm. Measure your toilet including its seat and add 15 cm. When the user sits, the feet should rest flat on the floor and the thighs should be roughly level. If you need less height, see CLICK I (10 cm).

Basic safe-use tips
