Will it fit my toilet?

According to MOBIAK it straps onto any toilet with hook-and-loop straps. For height: measure your toilet including its seat and add 10 cm; the user should sit with feet flat on the floor and thighs roughly level. If in doubt, call us on +30 2311 286 262.

How is it different from a plastic raiser?

It is soft to sit on and straps on instead of using clamps. A plastic raiser with clamps is more rigid; if you are not sure which suits you, ask us.

The cover is waterproof and washable. MOBIAK does not give a washing temperature; follow the instructions for use.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Basic safe-use tips

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:

Before each use, check that the hook-and-loop straps are fastened firmly and the raiser does not slide.
Sit down and stand up slowly; if you need support, use a fixed grab rail or a toilet frame.
Keep the floor around the toilet dry.
