Shipping methods
Traumacare.gr is an online store that has the ability to serve orders shipped to Greece and abroad. The order can be received either from the physical traumacare store in Patriarhika Pylaias, at the address Laertou 22, or by sending the order to the location of your choice.
After placing your order and provided you have provided your email address, you will be informed by email about the progress of your order.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are executed the next business day.
1. Pick up from the store
For orders where you wish to receive it from the store:
- Your order is being assembled and completed.
- You will be notified that your order is ready for pickup from the store by phone or by sending an email to your email address.

2. Shipping to your location
2.1. Within Greece
For purchases within Greece, shipping is done via ACS Courier or a shipping company, depending on the volume of the package.
For orders where the purchase cost is greater than €100 without exceeding 5Kg, there is no shipping cost charge.
In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged based on the volumetric weight.
2.2. Foreign
For purchases with delivery abroad, shipping is via Fedex.
In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged based on the volumetric weight.
traumacare.gr reserves the right, if any change or error has been made in the estimation of shipping or payment costs, to modify the final cost of the order, provided that the customer has been informed beforehand.

3. Pickup at a BOX NOW box
You can pick up your package at any BOX NOW box by selecting the corresponding delivery method in the shopping cart. If the option is not available, it means that the products in your cart exceed the maximum dimensions or weight supported by the BOX NOW box.
The delivery cost with BOX NOW is €2.29 per box. If the volume of your products in an order requires two boxes, the cost is adjusted to €4.58. If the order exceeds three boxes, then shipping with BOX NOW is not available.
