What does the warranty cover?

Two years on the frame and one year on the electrical parts, against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Basic safe-use tips

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:

Lock the castor brakes before the user lies down, gets up or moves on the bed.
Check the side rails are correctly fitted before use; rails do not replace supervision.
Before changing position or height, check that no hands, feet or objects are between the moving parts or under the bed.
Do not exceed the maximum patient weight of 250 kg, as stated by the manufacturer.
