Ways to use it
- Backrest, knees and legs: raise electrically; the backrest up to 70° and the legs up to 30°.
- Height: adjusts electrically from 39 to 80 cm, so the user can sit and get up more comfortably and the carer works at the right height.
- Trendelenburg tilt: Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg 12°, only as the instructions for use and your doctor advise.
What it fits
- Mattress: the inner size is 200 × 120 cm (length × width). Choose a mattress of this size so there is no gap at the sides.
- Room: the outer size is 215 × 132 cm. Measure the room and leave space around the bed for the carer.
- Height: from 39 to 80 cm off the floor, electrically adjusted. Low helps the user sit on the edge with feet on the floor; high lets the carer work without bending.

Basic safe-use tips
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:
- Lock the castor brakes before the user lies down, gets up or moves on the bed.
- Check the side rails are correctly fitted before use; rails do not replace supervision.
- Before changing position or height, check that no hands, feet or objects are between the moving parts or under the bed.
- Do not exceed the safe working load of 280 kg, which includes the patient, the mattress and any accessories together.
