Measure from the floor to the top of the mattress and add the room for the user's legs. If the figure is between 80 and 120 cm, the table reaches that height. Not sure? Call us on +30 2311 286 262.

Can I lean on it to get up?

No. It is not a support aid. Do not put your body weight on it to stand up or sit down; there are bed aids for that.

How does it differ from the other tables?

There are four MOBIAK wooden overbed tables on wheels: fixed-top beige 0808234, tilting-top beige 0809243, fixed-top brown 0806646 and tilting-top brown 0806645. The tilting ones also have a reading recess. The brown ones have brakes on all 4 wheels, the beige ones on 2.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Description

An overbed table on wheels with a fixed wooden top and adjustable height, so the user has meals or personal items in front of them while sitting up in bed.

Who it is for

In bed: when the user eats, reads or writes sitting up in bed, at home or in a care setting.
Carers: to keep meals, water or small items close to the user, without bending or stretching.

What it fits

Height: measure from the floor to the top of the mattress and add the room the user's legs need. The table adjusts from 80 to 120 cm, so your figure must fall within that range.
Base: in the catalogue drawing the base with its wheels is 9 cm high. To slide under the bed, the clearance under the bed must be greater.

Basic safe-use tips

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:

Lock the wheel brakes once the table is in position.
Do not put more than 11 kg on it (maximum load).
Do not lean on the table to stand up or sit down; it is not a support aid.
Check the height is secure before you put hot drinks or food on it.
