Do I have to remove them for the user to get up?

No. The rails fold down, so the user can get in and out of bed without you removing them completely.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.
