Will it fit my height?

Yes, if the distance from the floor to your wrist, in shoes with your arms relaxed, is between 81 and 92 cm. If you are close to either end or unsure, call us on +30 2311 286 262.

Which hand should I hold it in?

Usually in the hand opposite the painful or weaker leg, so the stick and that leg move together. Your doctor or physiotherapist can show you the right technique.

Single-tip stick or quad cane?

If you need more stability or want the stick to stand on its own, see the quad canes. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or physiotherapist.

When should I replace the tip?

When the rubber is worn, cracked or no longer grips the floor. The spare tip is MOBIAK code 0809363.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear, such as the rubber tip, is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.
