Will it fit my height?

Yes, if the distance from the floor to your wrist, in shoes with your arms relaxed, is between 80 and 100 cm. If you are close to either end or unsure, call us on +30 2311 286 262.

Does it stand up on any floor?

The base keeps it upright on a level floor. Do not leave it standing on a slope, a step or a soft rug.

Which hand should I hold it in?

Usually in the hand opposite the painful or weaker leg, so the stick and that leg move together. Your doctor or physiotherapist can show you the right technique.

When should I replace the tip?

When the rubber is worn, cracked or no longer grips the floor. The spare tip is MOBIAK code 0810599.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear, such as the rubber tip, is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Basic safe-use tips

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:

After adjusting the height, check that the mechanism has locked before you lean on it.
Check the rubber tip regularly and take care on wet or slippery floors.
The light does not replace room lighting; at home, switch the lights on where you can.
Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 100 kg.
