THE PROBLEM
A standard walker needs strong hands. Not everyone has them.
On a walker with hand grips, all the weight passes through the wrists. When hand strength is reduced or the upper body needs more support, walking quickly becomes unsteady and tiring.
🦾
Forearm support, wheels, brakes.
The user rests the forearms on the supports, so the weight spreads along the forearm instead of loading the wrists. This gives more balance and stability to the upper body. Four braked wheels roll steadily on the floor, the height adjusts from 101 to 127 cm and the removable seat gives a place to rest.

Frequently asked questions
How is it different from a standard walker?
Instead of hand grips, the user rests the forearms on the supports. Weight spreads along the forearm rather than the wrists, which helps when hand strength is reduced or the upper body needs more support.
What height does it adjust to?
From 101 to 127 cm. Set it with the user standing, so the forearms rest comfortably with relaxed shoulders. If unsure, ask the physiotherapist or us.
Can I use it outdoors?
MOBIAK specifies it for indoor use: home, rehab centre, corridors. For outdoors, a rollator is the better fit.
How much does it weigh and what is the limit?
It weighs 12 kg and supports users up to 136 kg. The seat comes off when not needed.
Is it a gutter frame?
Yes, it is a gutter frame style walker: forearm troughs on a wheeled frame with brakes.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, such as wheels, rubber parts and brake pads, is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.
