Does it come with a mask or humidifier?

The manufacturer does not list a mask in the box; a 19 mm tube, power supply, 2 air filters, a carry bag and an SD card are included. The prismaAQUA heated humidifier (code 0805030) is optional and sold separately.

The manufacturer gives about 26 dB(A) at 10 hPa and about 27.5 dB(A) with the humidifier. The noise in the room also depends on the mask and how well it fits.

Can I take it on a plane?

The MOBIAK page lists a document for carrying and using the machine on a plane; ask us for it before you travel and also check your airline's rules.

What does the warranty cover?

Löwenstein Medical manufacturer's warranty: 2 years for the machine and accessories (except masks) and 6 months for masks, batteries, sensors and patient circuits, against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.
