Who it is for

• Tender abdomen: according to the manufacturer, the Accordion flange is designed for tender abdomens or for everyday comfort.
• Pouches: takes Natura®+ 57 mm pouches: closed (colostomy), drainable (ileostomy) and urostomy, according to the manufacturer.

Ways to use it

1. Two-piece system: the baseplate sticks to the skin around the stoma and the pouch snaps onto its plastic coupling ring; according to the manufacturer, audible clicks tell you it is closed securely and you can change the pouch without removing the baseplate.
2. Accordion flange: according to the manufacturer, the coupling flange lifts easily and leaves generous finger room, so the pouch snaps on with minimal pressure on the abdomen.
3. Low profile: once applied, the flange is flexible and follows the body contours, according to the manufacturer.
4. Cut-to-fit: you cut the opening to the size of the stoma, from 13 to 35 mm.
5. Hydrocolloid collar (HCA): according to the manufacturer, it gives extra security on dry skin and is recommended in case of tape allergy.
