Who it is for

• Stoma output: according to the manufacturer, Stomahesive® baseplates suit output that is semi-formed to formed.
• Pouches: takes Natura®+ 100 mm pouches: closed (colostomy), drainable (ileostomy) and urostomy, according to the manufacturer.

Ways to use it

1. Two-piece system: the baseplate sticks to the skin around the stoma and the pouch snaps onto its plastic coupling ring; according to the manufacturer, audible clicks tell you it is closed securely and you can change the pouch without removing the baseplate.
2. Stomahesive®: a hydrocolloid adhesive made of natural ingredients such as pectin and gelatine; it sticks to dry and to moist skin, gentle on the skin yet holding firmly, according to the manufacturer.
3. No tape collar: the whole baseplate is made of Stomahesive®.
4. Soft flange ring: for comfort and discretion, according to the manufacturer.
5. Cut-to-fit: you cut the opening to the size of the stoma, from 13 to 87 mm.
