Description
ConvaTec Esteem+ Moldable ileostomy pouch, one-piece system, opaque, with filter and window. The baseplate is moulded around the stoma, for stomas from 30 to 40 mm, with no cutting (ConvaTec Moldable Technology™). The box contains 10 pouches.

- Suitable for: people with an ileostomy who use a one-piece system with a drainable pouch, and those who care for them.
Ways to use it
- Pouch type: Drainable pouch: it has an outlet at the bottom through which it is emptied and then closed again; it is the type for ileostomy, as ConvaTec classifies it.
- One-piece system: the baseplate (the adhesive part that fits around the stoma) and the pouch are joined in a single unit; no separate baseplate is needed.
- ConvaTec Moldable Technology™: a one-piece pouch with a mouldable baseplate: it combines the convenience of a one-piece with skin and leak protection, according to the manufacturer.
- Thin and flexible: it moves with the body; easy to apply and remove.
- Comfort panel, filter and window: a soft comfort panel, an advanced filter and an easy-view window on the front of the pouch.
- InvisiClose®: a clipless tail closure with a strong hook-on-hook fastener.
- Lock-It Pocket™: a pocket that securely hides away the tail of the drainable pouch.
- Filter: a filter with an anti-clogging film layer.

- Stoma size: The baseplate is moulded around the stoma, for stomas from 30 to 40 mm, with no cutting (ConvaTec Moldable Technology™). Measure the stoma with a measuring guide, with help from your doctor or stoma nurse.
- Pouch length: 30.5 cm, according to the manufacturer.

Basic safe-use tips
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:
- Agree the size, the type of baseplate (flat or convex) and how often to change the pouch with your doctor or stoma nurse.
- If the pouch does not fit well or the skin around the stoma changes, tell your doctor or stoma nurse.
