The ResMed AirFit F40 is a full face mask for CPAP and bi-level devices, with a soft under-the-nose AdaptiSeal cushion, a light flexible frame, a short tube with quick-release elbow and a Multi-hole vent ring, according to the manufacturer. Size cushion Medium / headgear Standard.

Ways to use it
- AdaptiSeal cushion: soft, with no hard parts, under the nose; designed to shape itself around your face and pillow, according to the manufacturer.
- Light, flexible frame: a curved shape with less contact at the ears and around the eyes; the arms are covered in soft fabric, especially for side sleepers.
- Simple setup: four adjustment points and magnetic clips that guide the headgear into the frame.
- Short tube and quick-release elbow: for easier movement while wearing the mask and simple disconnection, according to the manufacturer.
- Multi-hole vent ring: sound power level 34 dBA, sound pressure level 26 dBA at 1 m.

Basic safe-use tips
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:
- Use the mask only with the device and pressure settings your doctor has set.
- Clean the mask and replace its parts as the manufacturer's instructions for use say.
- Before each use, check that the cushion, frame and headgear are not damaged.
- It contains magnets. The manufacturer gives warnings and contraindications for the magnets in the instructions for use; read them before use and, for any question, ask your doctor.
