Daily, after each use: hand wash by gently rubbing in warm (30°C) water with mild soap or diluted dishwashing liquid; do not twist the valve; clean the vent with a soft-bristle brush; rinse with drinking-quality water and air dry out of direct sunlight; do not soak. Weekly, hand wash the headgear too (the clips may stay attached). This is how the manufacturer describes it.
