Which size should I choose?

The Nova comes in Small, Medium and Large; this page is for Medium. The manufacturer gives no size chart here; if you do not know your size, ask us on +30 2311 286 262.

Will it fit my device?

The mask has a standard 22 mm connector (ISO 5356-1); according to the manufacturer it fits approved PAP (CPAP/bilevel) equipment and other PAP devices with a compatible 22 mm connector. For your device, ask us on +30 2311 286 262.

According to the manufacturer, the sound pressure level is 17.5 dBA with the diffuser (22.0 dBA without); the diffuser is washable.

How often is it replaced?

According to the manufacturer, for single patient use in the home the Nova mask is replaced no later than 12 months after the date of first use.

According to the manufacturer: after each use, wash the cushion and frame assembly; after 7 days of use, wash the headgear, tube clip and diffuser. Hand-wash in soap dissolved in lukewarm water, do not soak for more than 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly and dry out of direct sunlight. No alcohol, antiseptic, bleach, chlorine or moisturiser, and no dishwasher.

What warranty does it have?

A 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, according to the Fisher & Paykel mask warranty statement (it does not cover foam parts and material diffusers). Your statutory rights always apply. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to the manufacturer.
