Bebax Baby Correction Orthosis | PRIM | Left | Size 15.5 cm

The PRIM Bebax is a baby foot orthosis (bootee) made of leather with two inner parts in injected plastic, padded and joined by a patented multi-directional hinge that lets the forefoot be adjusted in relation to the hindfoot on all three planes.

Who it is for

• Manufacturer's indications: according to the manufacturer, for metatarsus varus or metatarsus adductus, talus valgus feet, talus feet or valgus feet, residual forefoot varus after clubfoot has been managed, and pes supinatus (varus feet); it is used on the instructions of your child's orthopaedic doctor.
• On the orthopaedic doctor's instructions: it is used on the instructions of your child's orthopaedic doctor, who decides how it is fitted, how it is set and how long it is worn.
• Side: this page is for the left foot; it is sold per piece and the right foot is a separate code.

Ways to use it

1. Multi-directional hinge: the forefoot is set in relation to the hindfoot on all three planes; the doctor or fitter makes the setting.
2. How long: depends on the nature and severity of the deformity; only the doctor decides, according to PRIM.
3. Clubax: only the small sizes 7.5–10 cm can be mounted on the Clubax orthosis; this size cannot, according to PRIM.

Will it fit? Measure before you order

• How to measure: the length of the foot from the heel to the tip of the big toe, according to PRIM.
• PRIM sizes: small 7.5–10 cm (in 0.5 cm steps), large 10.5–13.5 cm (in 1 cm steps), extra large 14.5–16.5 cm (in 1 cm steps); this page is 15.5 cm.
• Side: Left foot.
