How does it differ from the Mottio?

The Neoprair fastens with velcro and has side guide rings for positioning. The Mottio 0802788 has a double elastic strap and seamless fabric.

According to PRIM's instructions: fasten the velcro and take out the removable parts, wash by hand, with no bleach, tumble drying, ironing or dry cleaning, and away from direct heat.

Can I wear it without a doctor's advice?

For a knee injury or condition, wear it on the advice of a doctor or physiotherapist, who will also tell you how long to wear it. If your symptoms persist, talk to your doctor.
