Will it fit my CPAP machine?

MOBIAK supplies it as a mask for CPAP/BiLevel machines, without a list of compatible machines. According to the manufacturer it has a Ø 22 mm tube connector (EN ISO 5356-1) and a pressure range of 4–30 hPa. Tell us your machine model and check with your technician before you order.

A nasal mask covers the nose only; a full face mask covers the nose and mouth. Choose the type with your doctor or technician. The JOYCE one also comes as a nasal mask (0808731).

The manufacturer gives 19 dB(A) sound pressure / 27 dB(A) sound power (ISO 4871) for this mask. In practice the sound also depends on the pressure and the fit of the mask.

What warranty does it have?

Manufacturer's warranty: 6 months for the mask and its accessories, according to Löwenstein's instructions for use. Your statutory rights always apply. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Use the mask with the machine and pressure set by your doctor or technician; do not change the setting yourself.
Do not cover or block the mask's exhalation openings.
Tighten the headgear only as much as needed for a good fit; if your skin becomes irritated, talk to your clinician.
