Which size is right for me?

This one is 60 × 40 × 10/12 cm. Measure the pillow you use now and your pillowcase: if it suits you, choose similar dimensions and height. Not sure? Call us on +30 2311 286 262.

The cover comes off with a zip and is washable. The catalogue gives no washing temperature; follow the label and the manufacturer's instructions. The foam itself is not stated as washable.

Does it help with neck pain?

The pillow is designed to support the head and neck in their natural position. It is not a treatment. If you have pain, ask your doctor or physiotherapist.

Description

A memory foam pillow (orthopaedic pillow): a contour sleep pillow with gel on the surface and an Aloe Vera cover, designed to support the head and neck in their natural position.

Who it is for

For sleep: for people who want a pillow that adapts to the shape of the head and neck.
Professional advice: if your doctor or physiotherapist recommended a contour pillow, show them the measurements before you choose.

What it fits

Pillowcase: the pillow measures 60 × 40 × 10/12 cm (length × width × height). Your pillowcase must take 60 × 40 cm plus its height.
Height: it has two heights, 10 and 12 cm. Compare with the pillow you use now: if that one suits you, choose a similar height.

Not sure? Call us on +30 2311 286 262.

Basic safe-use tips

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. For example:

Always use the pillow with its cover.
Wash only the cover, as the manufacturer's instructions describe; the manufacturer states the cover is washable, not the foam.
If you have neck pain or another health problem, ask your doctor or physiotherapist before you change pillows.
