Will it fit beside my bed?

The cabinet is 59.7 cm wide, 88 cm high and 48.7 cm deep. It fits if the space beside the bed is wider and deeper. Not sure? Call us on +30 2311 286 262.

How much weight does the table take?

According to MOBIAK, up to 15 kg in total, but only up to 5 kg when the weight sits 20 cm from the edge of the table. Keep heavy items near the cabinet.

Can I lean on it to get up?

No. It is not a support aid. Do not put your body weight on it to stand up or sit down; there are bed aids for that.

How does it differ from the other cabinets?

There are three MOBIAK wooden bedside cabinets on castors: the plain 0805620 (45.6 × 81 × 45.6 cm), the 0805621 with a fold-out table and the 0805623 with an adjustable tilting table (table height 73.5–98 cm, tilt ±45°). The two with a table measure 59.7 × 88 × 48.7 cm.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.

Description

A wooden hospital-type bedside cabinet on castors (bedside locker) with a fold-out table that opens over the bed for meals or reading and folds away when not needed.

Who it is for

Beside the bed: for people who spend many hours in bed and want water, glasses, medicines or personal items within reach.
Home or care setting: keeps the user's things organised in one place that can be moved.
Carers: the drawer, shelf and cupboard open from both sides, so the cabinet can go on either side of the bed.

Ways to use it

Table open: it opens to the side, over the bed, for meals or reading.
Table folded: it folds down against the side of the cabinet when not needed.

What it fits

Space beside the bed: the cabinet is 59.7 cm wide, 88 cm high and 48.7 cm deep. Measure the space beside the bed: it must be wider and deeper. With the table open the width becomes 113 cm.
Table height: 88.5 cm from the floor. Measure to the top of the mattress and add the room for the user's legs: the total must be below 88.5 cm.
