Why are fixings not included?

Because they depend on the wall material. MOBIAK specifies that the user chooses the right set for their own bathroom, ideally with a tradesperson's help.

At what height is it fitted?

MOBIAK does not give a fitting height; follow the instructions for use. Seated, the user's feet should rest flat on the floor.

With warm water and a mild cleaner. Rinse and let it dry; avoid scourers and abrasive cleaners that scratch the surfaces. For disinfectants, follow the instructions for use.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights. Normal wear, such as ferrules, is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.
