🧷 User Guide – Step by Step
1. Preparation
- Wash your hands with warm water and mild soap
- For frequent washing and sensitive skin, we recommend

- Check if the syringe is sterile and appropriate for U-40 or U-100 insulin
- Disinfect the insulin vial with an alcohol swab
2. Drawing the Insulin
- Draw air into the syringe equal to your insulin dose
- Insert needle into vial and inject the air
- Turn the vial upside down and slowly draw the insulin
- Tap to remove any air bubbles
3. Injection
- Select an injection site (abdomen, thigh, or arm)
- Clean the site with alcohol
- Insert the needle at a 90° or 45° angle
- Inject the insulin slowly and remove the needle carefully
4. Disposal
- Use a designated sharps container for safe disposal (see below)
- Do not throw syringes in household trash
