Description

Sterican® B|Braun Ιntramuscular needles G 21 x 1", 0.80 x 25mm for Blood Sampling, Green

These needles are disposable and are specially designed for intramuscular injections. The thin walls of the needle are made of high quality Nickel-Cadmium steel. They are also non-traumatic due to the special treatment of their tip, which provides an extremely thin surface with a silicone coating. They are available in specialized dimensions for every need.

Handling Instructions

Carefully remove Sterican® from the packaging.
Attach the needle securely to any syringe by twisting the syringe clockwise while holding the needle close to its base.
Remove the protective cap carefully straight from the needle hub to avoid exposure to the sharp needle point.
Perform injection according to your established procedure.
Take care during disposal as sharp needle bevel is not protected.
Dispose the used needle immediately after application into an approved sharps container following the standard procedures of your facility and / or according to applicable regulations for sharps disposal.
