Frequently asked questions
Can the length be adjusted?
No, the length is a fixed 88 cm. Measure from the floor to your wrist (in shoes) and, if it differs a lot, ask us for an adjustable model.
How do I find the right height?
Stand in your shoes with your arms relaxed: the handle should reach roughly wrist height, so your elbow bends slightly when you lean on it.
Which hand should I hold it in?
Usually in the hand opposite the painful or weaker leg, so the stick and that leg move together. Your doctor or physiotherapist can show you the right technique.
What is the weight limit?
It supports users up to 100 kg.

What does the warranty cover?
Two years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, such as wheels, rubber parts and brake pads, is not covered. Contact us about any problem and we pass it on to MOBIAK.
