The Sefam S.BOX automatic CPAP is Sefam's new proposal for the treatment of apnea. It has a modern design, easy handling and connectivity with the Polylink treatment recorder which offer a complete treatment Report.

Sefam S. Box Auto CPAP Device's Functions

• Inteligent Start : The therapy starts automatically with the patient's breath while wearing the respiratory mask.
• I-Ramp: Intelligent system that detects if the patient falls asleep before the preset ramp time and starts the treatment immediately.
• Wave & Go: Activate the screen with a hand movement.
• Auto Calibration: Special automatic calibration function that ensures that the pressure programmed in the machine is assigned with absolute precision to the patient, taking into account the circuit and the mask that mediate between the patient and the CPAP Machine. Makes the device compatible with any 22mm or 15mm patient mask and circuit combination.
• Comfort Calibration (CC+): This technology, by analyzing the patient's breathing cycle, can increase the pressure during inhalation and lower the pressure during exhalation, without affecting his treatment. With this technology, less resistance is achieved when exhaling and greater comfort when inhaling.
• Mask Fit & Go: Accurately calculates inadvertent leakage from any mask.
• Adaptive Thermo Control: Automatically adjusts the heating of the heated tube to the setting of the humidifier.
• Humidifier temperature control technology: Innovative humidifier and ambient temperature difference control system resulting in the elimination of the droplet phenomenon (Rain Out) in the tube-mask circuit.
• BT Oximetry (Optional) : Complete acquisition of oximetry data on the S.BOX device via Bluetooth connection & the patient's smartphone.
• Remote treatment monitoring (Optional): Ability to remotely transfer treatment data and change settings via Wi-Fi or mobile network to the Sefam Connect Web App.
