Cystofix® Paed Punction Set - Ready to Use:

• Preassembled catheter within the cannula streamlines preparation, reducing the risk of sharp injury.
• Polyurethane catheter with curled pigtail (J) tip ensures optimal performance.
• Available in CH10 with a 50 cm length for efficient use in pediatric cases.
• Open tip with 5 drainage eyes inside the loop for effective drainage.
• Universal connector enables a closed system for enhanced hygiene.
• Thin and sharp stainless steel cannula (Ø3.35 mm, 5 cm length) ensures ease of use.
• Splittable with a "3-wing" handling grip for easy maneuvering.
• Internally siliconized ("glide effect") for smooth insertion.
• Distance spacer included for control of insertion depth.
• 2 L urine bag with a closed system, bottom outlet, anti-reflux valve, needle-free sampling port, and 1 m tube.
• Slide clamp allows stopping urine flow on demand.

Indication:

The Cystofix® Paediatric drainage set is routinely used for suprapubic bladder drainage procedures when the urethral pathway is obstructed or other contraindications for normal urine voiding are present.
